4. Replacement Policy (Strict 7-Day Limit)
Manufacturing Defects: We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee specifically for manufacturing defects.
Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement, a clear unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the opening of the courier package.
No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds; we only provide replacements for verified defective units.
Change of Mind: Returns or replacements are not accepted for "change of mind" or personal preference reasons.
5. Product Information
