1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee
We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee only for manufacturing defects (e.g., the Bluetooth v5.4 fails to connect, or one side of the headphones has no sound).
2. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
To be eligible for a replacement, you must record a clear unboxing video starting from the moment you open the courier package. This video serves as proof of any physical damage or missing items during transit. Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process a replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and our "Direct-to-WhatsApp" affordable pricing model:
We do not accept returns for "Change of Mind."
We do not offer refunds; only replacements for verified defective units.
4. Condition of Product
For a replacement to be processed, the item must be returned in its original packaging, including the charging cable and any manuals provided.
5. How to Claim
If you receive a defective unit, send your order details and the unboxing video to our official WhatsApp support within 7 days of delivery.
