We currently provide shipping services to all serviceable pin codes within India.
2. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping charges for your order (if any) will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout or during your WhatsApp order process.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a notification with your tracking number.
You can track your shipment via the courier partner's website.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Unboxing Video Requirement: To protect your purchase, you must record a clear unboxing video starting from the moment you open the courier package.
This video is mandatory to claim a replacement for any items damaged during transit or missing from the package.
Please report any transit damage to our WhatsApp support within 7 days of delivery.
6. Incorrect Delivery Address
Kraft Berry is not responsible for non-delivery if the address provided during the order process is incorrect or incomplete.

7. Delayed Delivery
